I draw my inspiration from what I see around me, both in natural and urban environments, and loosely translate these impressions to my art, whether it be a detail or on a larger scale.
Some of the photos I take are integrated directly into my mixed media work.
With others I use a broad spectrum of photo editing apps to lend my photos greater contrast, emphasis or definition, or to create an entirely new image from which to draw further inspiration for my art.
